On a plan
Sessions on your plan
Personal Deluxe includes two sessions a month. Business plans include one a month, two a month or one every week. On Personal Basic and Pro, sessions with me are $250 each.
See the plansMapping with me is the core. joeybmaps holds your map between sessions. When the map shows you need a tool, we build it. It all starts with one complimentary hour.
Map, the core
Get it out of your head and onto a map.
We get out of the trenches for an hour. Your business, your family, your money, your health, the decisions and the people all go onto one map, in your words. Then we sort it: what needs attention now, what can wait, what can be delegated, what needs a decision, what has to be tracked, and the longer plan.
I build the map live in joeybmaps, in person or by screen share, while you watch. Every session is one hour. You leave lighter, with a plan you can see. An hour in, two to ten hours back, because the point is to do less and accomplish more.
A short note brings the last session back into view, so we start where we left off and you do not have to remember everything.
In person or by screen share. I ask, you talk, and the structure takes shape in joeybmaps on the screen in front of you.
What became clear, what was decided, action items with a name and a date, and what is still unresolved.
Your map lives in joeybmaps and stays yours. Branches we did not get to stay visible, so nothing drifts out of sight.

12 sessions for $3,000, which is $250 a session. Personal Basic is included while the program runs, so your map lives in joeybmaps from the first session. The corporate rate is 12 sessions for $6,000.
Text Joey about the programThe brain can identify an image it has seen for only 13 milliseconds.
We take in pictures far faster than we read. A map lets you see the whole of what you are carrying at once, then go deep where you need to.
Potter and colleagues, MIT. Attention, Perception, and Psychophysics, 2014Working memory holds about three to five meaningful items at a time.
Which is why a full head feels heavy. Most people I work with are carrying thirty. The map is where the rest of it goes.
Cowan. Current Directions in Psychological Science, 2010Unfinished goals intrude on unrelated work. Making a specific plan for them stops the intrusion.
You do not have to finish everything to get relief. You have to give each thing a plan. That is what an action item with an owner and a date does.
Masicampo and Baumeister. Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 2011Students who studied with mind maps recalled about 10% more a week later than students using their own methods.
A small study, and the point stands: what you organize on a map stays with you longer than what you read in a list.
Farrand, Hussain, and Hennessy. Medical Education, 2002No two branches are built the same way. A branch about a parent’s care looks nothing like a branch about a sales pipeline, and the map should reflect that instead of forcing both into one template.
A branch is fully built when nothing on it is vague. Where things stand is written down in your words. The two or three outcomes that matter have a date. Every decision shows its options and what would need to be true to choose. Every action item has an owner and a day. The numbers and deadlines that should never live in memory are on the map, with a rhythm for checking them. The risks are named before they become surprises, the people involved are visible, and the good ideas that are not for this year are parked where they stay safe.
That is what a session produces, branch by branch. See one built all the way out in the sample map.
Every item on a map is one of these kinds, so you can see at a glance what each thing needs.
Six things clients tell me change once the map exists.
Key details move out of your head and into a system you can manage.
Room to think, and a plan made with intention.
A personal playbook with key insights, next steps, and progress in one place.
No more juggling notes, files, and apps. The MAP becomes the single source of truth.
A creative space for ideas. I act as the eraser, keeping what matters current.
Complex challenges broken into clear, doable steps, with the obstacles named.
“Joey took what felt like a tangled web of business challenges and laid out a clear, structured path forward, fast. I stopped spinning and started executing.”
Live
The map holds it so you don’t have to. joeybmaps is the software I built for this work: a mental layer between you and all your tools.
Your map sits at the center. Tiles cover each area of your life and business, and every tile has a Guide to get you started. AI agents keep the priorities moving, and nothing goes out without your yes.
Built live in a session and kept current between sessions. Any node can open as its own focus radial.
Money, health, family, clients, cash flow. Every paid plan comes with your base tiles and starts with 14 days free.
Agents watch your priorities, track your actions and draft the follow-ups. Every draft waits for your yes.
Build
Built from what the map found.
When the map shows you need a tool, we build it. A new tile, an existing tile adapted to how you work, or a full command center for the business or the family.
My team, AI agents and I build it inside joeybmaps, so it stays connected to your map.
Some builds became products. Four client builds grew into Industry Systems you can start from: a Shop Operating System, a Family Office Command Center, Grant Payroll Allocation and a Media Studio Command Center. See the Industry Systems
Build: command centers
Your map, turned into an operating dashboard you run every day.
Some clients reach a point where the map is steady and the real need is daily operation: what is due, who owns it, and what the numbers say. For them I build a command center.
It is a private operating dashboard built in joeybmaps from your map, in your language and your brand. The branches we mapped become the pages. It replaces the spreadsheet only one person understands, the calendar reminders nobody trusts, and the checklist you run in your head at two in the morning.
Property, private loans, entities, insurance, and the dates that come with them.
Several channels, sites, or companies, and one person who has to see all of it.
Pipelines, capital, compliance, and reporting to partners.
A shared view that doubles as the meeting agenda.
You talk. I map what you run today, live in joeybmaps. That map becomes the architecture of your command center. No prep on your end.
From the map, I estimate the build before anything starts: $350 an hour plus the AI used for the build. You decide.
My team, AI agents and I build a working first version around how you run things, in your words and your stages. Then your real records go in.
It starts with the complimentary first hour. What happens after you say yes.
Every paid plan is built around time with me on the map. Start free on your own, or pick a plan with sessions built in.
Plan prices are the annual plan, billed monthly. Month to month costs about 30% more, and paying for the year gets you two months free. Every plan starts with 14 days free.
Let’s map it out together. Your first hour with me is complimentary.
